Thanks for your support to bring a wider selection of beer to Utah’s grocery and convenience stores!

GOV. HERBERT SIGNS BILL BRINGING UTAH’S FAVORITE BEERS TO STORES

In March 2019, Gov. Gary Herbert signed S.B. 132, which increased the allowable alcohol by weight limit in Utah to 4 percent from 3.2 percent. Utah had been one of the last remaining states that limited consumers to only purchasing light beer options. But thanks to your support, Utah consumers can now enjoy the freedom to conveniently buy many of their favorite ales and lagers at their local grocery stores — meaning no more multiple shopping trips.

WHAT THEY’RE SAYING

Imagine going to the store to pick up a six-pack of Diet Coke but finding that you can only purchase a 36-pack, or that Diet Coke has been eliminated from store shelves altogether.
